Chefs Tilka, Klavdija and Janez are masters of their craft and skilled in preparing traditional as well as modern and international dishes.
We are famous for our excuisitly prepared venison dishes, trout, international specialites which we complement with seasonal Slovenian dishes (black pudding, pork sausage, cabbage, turnip, groats, …), cried and cured meats along with a broad selections of salads from our salad bar.
